All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Standard shipping across India takes 4–7 business days. Express shipping (selected locations) takes 2–4 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Yes — we ship all over India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on non-personalised orders, along with secure online payment by UPI, cards and net banking. COD is not available on personalised orders.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking ID by email/SMS so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@miorashops.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we will make it right.

Yes, eligible items can be returned when they are unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Personalised/custom items and sale items cannot be returned. See our Refund policy for details.

Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 12 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
