Shipping Policy – Miora

At Miora, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of your purchases.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended. We will notify you via email or phone if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Pan India): 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Selected Locations): 2–4 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Miora will not be responsible for delayed or lost shipments caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted and shipped only within India.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. For lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
