02What is the price of tumbler bottles at Miora?
The Ember 1200 ml insulated tumbler is ₹1,099 and the personalised Ember Zodiac tumbler is ₹1,399. Prices shown on each product are final; shipping is calculated at checkout.
03How long do Miora tumblers keep drinks hot or cold?
Our 1200 ml (40 oz) double-wall stainless steel tumblers keep drinks cold for up to 11 hours, hot for 7 hours and iced for up to 20 hours.
04Can I personalise my tumbler?
Yes — personalisation is free on our personalised tumblers. Enter your name, choose your zodiac sign, pick one of 15 premium fonts and select vertical or horizontal engraving.
05How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping across India takes 4–7 business days; express shipping to selected locations takes 2–4 business days. You get a tracking ID by email/SMS.
06Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on non-personalised orders. Personalised orders are prepaid via UPI, cards or net banking.
07Can I return a tumbler?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned with proof of purchase. Personalised/custom items and sale items cannot be returned. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
