Agree the budget and gift

One gift for everyone is simpler and fairer than tiers.

Decide colours

Colour by department, by brand palette or let people choose.

Collect names early

If personalising, gather a spreadsheet and get spellings confirmed.

Plan delivery

One office, several offices or home addresses? Share the list when you request a quote.

Build in buffer time

Ask for the timeline in writing and keep a buffer before your event or festival.
